1. Definitions
“We,” “Our,” “Us” refer to TheTrueCall.
“Customer,” “You,” refers to the individual or company using our services.
“Services” means the TheTrueCall platform, features, and integrations.
2. Use of Services
You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining account security.
You may not resell, misuse, or attempt unauthorized access.
3. Subscription & Payments
All fees are billed according to the plan selected.
One-time setup fees and recurring subscription fees apply.
Third-party costs (Twilio, OpenAI, ElevenLabs) are billed separately.
Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
4. Fair Usage Policy
Outbound calls, messaging, and AI usage are subject to fair usage limits.
Abuse of the system (spam, fraud, harassment) will result in account suspension.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, and content belong to TheTrueCall.
You retain ownership of your data; we retain ownership of the platform.
6. Liability & Disclaimer
TheTrueCall is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted service.
We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or third-party actions.
7. Termination
You may terminate your subscription anytime with written notice.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
