Welcome to TheTrueCall, an AI-powered call center platform. By using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.


1. Definitions

  • “We,” “Our,” “Us” refer to TheTrueCall.

  • “Customer,” “You,” refers to the individual or company using our services.

  • “Services” means the TheTrueCall platform, features, and integrations.


2. Use of Services

  • You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes.

  • You are responsible for maintaining account security.

  • You may not resell, misuse, or attempt unauthorized access.


3. Subscription & Payments

  • All fees are billed according to the plan selected.

  • One-time setup fees and recurring subscription fees apply.

  • Third-party costs (Twilio, OpenAI, ElevenLabs) are billed separately.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.


4. Fair Usage Policy

  • Outbound calls, messaging, and AI usage are subject to fair usage limits.

  • Abuse of the system (spam, fraud, harassment) will result in account suspension.


5. Intellectual Property

  • All software, trademarks, and content belong to TheTrueCall.

  • You retain ownership of your data; we retain ownership of the platform.


6. Liability & Disclaimer

  • TheTrueCall is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted service.

  • We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or third-party actions.


7. Termination

  • You may terminate your subscription anytime with written notice.

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.


8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
